Federation of Asian and Pacific Electrical Contractors Associations (FAPECA)

The federation is established for the following purposes:

1. To promote the sound development of the electrical construction industry through mutual cooperation, understanding and benefit among its members in this region
2. To promote meetings for the purpose of providing its members an effective organization through which to express their collective voice
3. To provide a forum whereby each member may voice their ideas and concerns that are of mutual concern to all members in this region
4. To distribute among the members, and assist them in the use of, the latest information obtainable in regard to all matters affecting the electrical construction industry
5. To promote all possible expansion in the field of business opportunity open to electrical contractors in this region based on mutual understanding, cooperation, and benefit
6. To promote both public and government acceptance of the need to improve the standards of the electrical construction industry which will benefit the public and government in this region
7. To establish and maintain friendly relations in this region between its members and all other branches of the electrical construction industry
8. To achieve the objective mentioned above, the Federation will do anything provided that these activities are in line with the constitution and its bylaws
