IFEC was conceived as a "forum" which provides an opportunity for AIE, FAPECA and NECA organizations to gather in an organized format without creating administrative or political structures that already exist within these organizations. There are no bylaws, voting rules, or formal minutes, but rather a common sense opportunity to share information.
